Elevate is Pledge Consulting’s six-month, semi structured development program for PMO and project management professionals who want to accelerate career progression. It is designed for people who are ready to step up, whether that means moving from project coordination into project management, progressing within a Project Management Office (PMO), or preparing for a leadership pathway.
Elevate combines one-to-one support with a clear structure so you build capability steadily over time, apply what you learn in your current role and create evidence of impact you can use for performance conversations and promotion opportunities.
Who Elevate is for?
Elevate is ideal for aspiring and early to mid-career project professionals, including project coordinators, project managers, PMO analysts, PMO coordinators and emerging PMO leaders. It also suits experienced practitioners who want targeted support to move into a larger environment, a more complex portfolio, or a more senior role.
What you can expect over six months?
Across the program you will work with an experienced PMO or project management mentor to:
set clear career goals and define your next role target
build capability in the areas that most influence progression, including stakeholder management, communication, confidence, planning, reporting and project controls
strengthen governance and PMO ways of working so you can operate effectively in more mature environments
develop practical tools, templates and approaches you can use immediately at work
create a professional development plan and a portfolio of outcomes that demonstrate growth and value
How the program works:
Elevate is semi structured so you have a clear pathway without losing the flexibility to focus on what matters most in your role. The program typically includes an initial goal setting session, regular coaching or mentoring check-ins, between-session actions to apply learning in the workplace and practical guidance that supports real delivery challenges as they arise.

Elevate Program Outline
Month 1 – Set your vision for future success:
Where do you want to go in your project management career? What are your development areas and how will you measure Success?
Month 2 – Self Assessment (How I see myself):
Assess where you are right now. What are your areas of strength? What makes you happy? Includes a review of Action Logics and project management hard skills and soft skills.
Month 3 – Peer Review & Feedback (How others see me):
360 Degree Appraisal Feedback on 360
Month 4 – Leadership & Communications:
Understand Transformational and Transactional Leadership behaviours and why communication is a pivotal element of success
Month 5 – Goal Setting & Action Planning:
Review the plan and discuss any roadblocks or any amendments to the vision. What are your next steps?
Month 6 – Review:
Check in and close out
As well as the 6 monthly structured sessions, the Elevate participants will form part of our extended community and will have access to our knowledge bank which includes exclusive webinars, blog posts and face to face events. Even better they’ll have the chance to suggest some of the topic areas they want to know more about. While the structured part of the program goes for 6 months, Elevate community membership is ongoing.
About the Program Facilitators
