Stephen Hayes MBE is the Chair and Executive Director of the Gravity Group, a global innovation company focussed on digital transformation of strategy, execution and visual reporting in support of executives and boards with a keen focus on leveraging emerging technologies to help leaders navigate complex systems.
Stephen has had a diverse range of roles including those as a Chief Executive, Company Director and Programme Manager across varied domains such as Defence, Aerospace and Management Consulting, Federal, and State Government.
Stephen has published in various books, journals and reports including a chapter in the Gower 2nd Edition of the Project Management Manual, the international report ‘Complex Project Management – Global Perspectives and the Strategic Agenda to 2025; and a chapter in the book ‘Systems Thinking for Everyone – The journey from theory to making an impact’.
He has also lectured at ANU, QUT, UNSW, the US Defence Acquisition University, Canadian National Defence, Brazil’s Petrobras University, Moscow’s Higher School of Economics, Tomsk Polytechnic Research University, and Shanghai’s Tongji University.
