With more than 30 years’ experience working with PMOs and the associated enterprise management solutions, Rob’s charter is to strengthen Pledge’s leadership in the Advisory Services business.
Rob started his career as a planning engineer with a project management consultancy, before joining Capgemini in its Project Systems Division in London. Here he was responsible for implementing project management solutions for the ABT toolset in project and program office environments.
Rob was responsible for building and leading Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams in the Project Management, Service Management and Agile spaces for CA and Broadcom, before joining Pledge in February 2025
