Daniela is a strategy and transformation executive with complementary experience in governance and organisational design. She supports organisations in large scale change. Currently leading the development of the NSW Sector’s shared services roadmap, she has governed a multibillion-dollar portfolio of strategic initiatives for the Department of Customer Service,  has co-developed enterprise technology strategies, implemented the whole department PPM platform and practices, spearheaded organisational transformation, led the Project Risk Practice for NSW Government at Deloitte, and implemented multiple digital transformations in private and public sector organisations.
