PMO Leadership Symposium 2020 – The Post Pandemic PMO

Date : 25/08/2020, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Will the function of the PMO change Post Pandemic?

We are already seeing evidence of long term organisational changes due to Covid-19. Will the pandemic change the kinds of projects we take on, or even change how we deliver them? Will agile teams find it easier to adjust to the new normal?Join the Pledge Consulting team and Australia’s top PMO Leaders to discuss what these changes will mean for our project teams and PMO’s into next year and beyond.

Our speakers are industry professionals from diverse PMO/project delivery backgrounds and will share their strategies for keeping up standards and maintaining delivery outcomes through this unprecedented period. We will also have an opportunity to network and share experiences though panel discussions and breakout groups during the day.

This event is suitable for:

  • PMO Managers/Directors

Outcomes will include:

  • A view of how different organisations have pivoted their delivery efforts during Covid
